(“ Weinberg ”) as its independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022. On October 14, 2022, the Audit Committee of the Board of the Company recommended, and the Board approved, the dismissal of Weaver and Tidwell, LLP (“ Weaver ”) as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm.
