ITEM 2 – PROPERTIES
As of December 31, 2022, the Company and the Bank are engaged in the banking business through 14 offices in five counties in Northern California operating out of three offices in Solano County, six in
Yolo County, two in Sacramento County, two in Placer County and one in Contra Costa County. In addition, the Company owns three vacant lots, two in northern Solano County and one in eastern Sacramento County, for possible future bank sites.
As of December 31, 2022, the Bank owns three branch office locations and two administrative facilities and leases 11 facilities. Most of the leases contain multiple renewal options and provisions for
rental increases, principally for changes in the cost of living index, property taxes and maintenance.
