Our principal registered office is located at c/o Intertrust Corporate Services (Cayman) Limited, One Nexus Way, Camana Bay, Grand Cayman, KYI-9005, Cayman Islands. We have facilities located in Thailand, the PRC, the U.S., the U.K., Israel and the Cayman Islands that are used for manufacturing and/or general administration purposes.
