Properties
Farmers & Merchants Bancorp and its subsidiaries are headquartered in Lodi, California. Executive offices are located at 111 W. Pine Street. Banking services are provided in 29 branch locations in the Company’s
service area. Of the 29 branches, 20 are owned and 9 are leased. The expiration of these leases occurs between the years 2022 and 2028. See Note 20, located in “Item 8. Financial Statements and Supplementary Data” in this Annual Report on Form 10-K.
