The Company’s principal
executive offices are located at Flat A1, 29/F, Block A, TML Tower, 3 Hoi Shing Road, Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, and are leased from a third
party pursuant to a lease agreement. We believe that these facilities are adequate for our current operations and that we will be able
to obtain additional or alternative facilities on commercially reasonable terms if and when necessary.
