The main offices of the Company and the Bank are located in a building in Southern Pines, North Carolina that is owned by the Bank. The building houses corporate, accounting, and administrative facilities. The Bank’s operational departments, including accounting functions, information technology operations, loan operations, and deposit operations, are primarily housed in buildings in Greensboro, North Carolina; Dunn, North Carolina; Fletcher, North Carolina; and Troy, North Carolina, which are owned by the Bank. At December 31, 2024, the Company operated 113 bank branches. The Company owned all of its bank branch premises except 13 branch offices for which the

land and buildings are leased and nine branch offices for which the land is leased but the building is owned. The Bank also leases several other office locations for administrative functions. There are no options to purchase or lease additional properties. The Company considers its facilities adequate to meet current needs and believes that lease renewals or replacement properties can be acquired as necessary to meet future needs.
