Market for Registrant’s Common Equity, Related Stockholder Matters and Issuer Purchases of Equity Securities Market for EWSB Bancorp’s Common Stock EWSB Bancorp’s common stock is quoted on the OTCQB Market under the trading symbol “EWSB.” Trading in the Company’s common stock commenced on September 24, 2024. As of March 24, 2025, there were 752,538 shares of the Company’s common stock issued and outstanding, and approximately 157 stockholders of record. Certain shares of EWSB Bancorp are held in “nominee” or “street” name and accordingly, the number of beneficial owners of such shares is not known or included in the foregoing number. Related Stockholder Matters The Company has not declared any dividends to holders of its common stock and we do not currently anticipate paying dividends on our common stock in the near future. Our board of directors has the authority to declare dividends on our shares of common stock, and may determine to pay dividends in the future, subject to financial condition, results of operations, tax considerations, industry standards, economic conditions, statutory and regulatory requirements that affect the payment of dividends by the Bank to the Company, and other relevant factors. No assurances can be given that any cash dividends will be paid or that, if paid, will not be reduced or eliminated in the future. Issuer Purchases of Equity Securities The Company did not purchase any shares of its common stock during the year ended December 31, 2025. Under current Federal Reserve Board regulations, the Company may not repurchase shares of its common stock during the first year following the Company’s initial public offering, except to fund shareholder-approved equity benefit plans or, with prior regulatory approval, when extraordinary circumstances exist.
