or other physical properties. Our principal executive offices are located at 700 Louisiana St. 41st Floor, Houston, Texas 77002. Should
we remain a BDC and not consummate the transformation of Equus into an operating company, we believe that these leased office facilities
are suitable and adequate for our business as it is contemplated to be conducted.
