Our principal executive
office is located in Silver Spring, Maryland, where we lease approximately 5,052 square feet of office and laboratory space under
a lease that expires in May 2021. We also occupy approximately 12,888 square feet of manufacturing and office space in Roswell,
Georgia under a lease that expires in July 2023, and approximately 36,173 square feet of manufacturing, laboratory and office space
in Richmond, California under a lease that expires in November 2025. We believe that our facilities are sufficient to meet our
current needs and that suitable additional space will be available as and when needed.
