We are authorized by the Board of Directors to repurchase shares of our Class A Common Stock in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions, depending on market conditions and other factors. Beginning in December 2022, we temporarily suspended the repurchase of shares of our Class A Common Stock. We may resume repurchases in the future.
