East Las Olas Blvd, Suite 221, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. Copa’s office/manufacturing facility is located at 901 E. 2 nd
Street; The Dalles, OR 97058. Currently, the Company does not own any real property.

We are not currently a party to any pending legal
proceedings that we believe will have a material adverse effect on our business or financial conditions. We may, however, be subject
to various claims and legal actions arising in the ordinary course of business from time to time.
