We do not own any properties. Our corporate headquarters is located at 6465 South Greenwood Plaza, Suite 400, Centennial, Colorado, where we lease approximately 28,000 square feet. We lease approximately 25,000 square feet in West Des Moines, Iowa and 12,000 square feet of office space in New York, New York. All of our properties are leased for our Tech-focused segment, which is our only reportable segment.
We believe that our facilities are adequate for current and anticipated future use, although we may from time to time lease additional facilities as operations require.
