Our executive offices are located at 9237 E Via de Ventura Blvd. Suite 105, Scottsdale, AZ 85258. We believe that our existing facilities are adequate to meet our current requirements. We do not own any real property. In July 2024, we amended our lease and entered into a new 25 - month extension of the office space in Scottsdale, AZ at an average annual rent of $0.1 million. The term of this amended lease will commence on February 1, 2025 and will expire on February 28, 2027.
