Reed , President, Worldwide Agriculture & Turf Division, Production Precision Ag, Sales & Marketing Regions of the Americas and Australia , adopted a trading plan intended to satisfy the affirmative defense conditions of Rule 10b5-1(c) under the Exchange Act.
