We have leased our principal offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts covering approximately 7,667 square feet of space. We assumed this lease effective January 1, 2017, from HealthCare Ventures LLC pursuant to an Assignment and Assumption Agreement, dated as of January 1, 2017. In November 2018, we extended the lease through April 30, 2022. In August 2021, we extended the lease through June 30, 2022 and in October 2021, we extended the lease through January 31, 2023.
Item 3. Legal Proceedings .
From time to time we may become involved in legal proceedings or be subject to claims that arise in the ordinary course of business. As of the date of this report, we are not currently a party to any material legal proceedings.
