Facilities
We lease office space, located at Fora - Soho, 33 Broadwick Street, London, W1F 0DQ, United Kingdom, which is the Company’s corporate headquarters. The lease expires in 2023.
In 2022, we entered into a membership agreement with WeWork for office space at 130 Madison Avenue, New York, NY. The initial term of the membership agreement expires August 2023. The membership agreement may be cancelled upon 3 months notice.
We believe our facilities are adequate for our current needs and that suitable additional or substitute space would be available as needed to accommodate our anticipated needs.
