The Company is not exposed to significant market risk. Following the Asset Sale on October 24, 2025, the Company has minimal operations, no variable-rate debt, and limited foreign currency exposure. The Company’s primary financial instruments consist of cash and cash equivalents and the Class A Redeemable Preferred Stock liability (classified as a current liability at par value).
