feet for our principal offices in Boca Raton, Florida, from VoiceInterop, Inc. The monthly rent is $1,400 and provides for annual increases

a one year lease approximately 2,000 square feet for our principal offices in Boca Raton, Florida. The monthly rent is $2,200. The lease
