ITEM 2. PROPERTIES Our corporate headquarters is located in Scottsdale, Arizona where we currently lease approximately 3,300 square feet of office space. We own office space in Santiago, Chile, which is primarily used for our secured managed services and administration in Latin America. We lease additional offices, none of which we believe to be material to our operations, located throughout the United States and Chile for our service delivery and administrative personnel. We believe our existing facilities are sufficient for our current needs. Although we have recently closed or consolidated certain of our facilities, in the future, we may need to add new facilities or expand our existing facilities to meet our evolving business needs.
