Properties
We do not own any real estate or other physical
properties materially important to our operations. We currently maintain our principal executive offices at 311 W. Superior St, Ste 444,
Chicago, IL 60654 pursuant to a Lease Agreement. The cost for this space is approximately $13,000 per month with an unaffiliated third
party commencing on December 1, 2023 and is on a three year term. We also maintain a lab at 2565 N. Dodge, Suite D, Iowa City, IA 52245
pursuant to a Lease Agreement. The cost for this space is approximately $8,505 per month with an unaffiliated third party commencing on
December 1, 2023 and is on a five year term. We consider our current office space, combined with the other office space otherwise available
to our executive officers, adequate for our current operations.
