ITEM 2. PROPERTIES At December 31, 2022, our premises and equipment had an aggregate net book value of approximately $17.8 million. We conduct our business through 13 branch offices. The branch offices are utilized by the community banking segment. In addition, the community banking segment has a corporate office, operations center and loan production office. The insurance brokerage services segment, Exchange Underwriters, operates from one office.
