ITEM 1. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
During the first quarter of fiscal 2023, there were no material changes to our legal proceedings as disclosed in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022. Additionally, we are, and from time to time may be, a party to routine legal proceedings incidental to the operation of our business. The outcome of any pending or threatened proceedings is not expected to have a material adverse effect on our financial condition, operating results, or cash flows, based on our current understanding of the relevant facts. Legal expenses incurred related to these contingencies are generally expensed as incurred.
