Our principal executive offices are located on the Harwell Science and Innovation Campus, Harwell, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, where we lease and occupy approximately 31,000 square feet of office and laboratory space.
Following the acquisition of Avidea in December 2021, we lease laboratory and office facilities in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. On June 14, 2022, the Company entered into a lease agreement for approximately 19,700 square feet in Germantown, Maryland. The site will house the Company’s, state-of-the-art wet laboratory and office space in the United States. We plan to relocate our Baltimore laboratory and office facilities to Germantown, Maryland in the second quarter of 2023.
