Currently,
we do not own any real property. We rent office space at 18801 N. Thompson Peak, Suite 380, Scottsdale, AZ for $11,890 per month.
The Company vacated its office in Jupiter, FL in May of 2025 and moved into the office leased by its subsidiary, Yerbaé
Brands, after acquisition in June. Yerbaé Brands entered into the office lease effective January 2023, which has a primary
term of the lease of three years with one renewal option for an additional three years. We do not own any real estate.
