time to time, we are involved in legal proceedings, claims, and litigation arising in the ordinary course of business, which
may impact our financial results.
As of August 31, 2025, there were no pending legal
proceedings. However, the outcome of any future legal matters, claims, or litigation could potentially have a material adverse effect
on our quarterly or annual operating results or cash flows when resolved in subsequent periods. Nonetheless, based on current information,
management believes these matters will not have a material adverse effect on our consolidated financial position, results of operations,
or cash flows.
