Item 2. Properties
We previously leased our corporate headquarters in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. In December 2024, the Company terminated this lease, effective as of January 31, 2025. Effective March 1, 2025, the Company entered into a two year lease agreement for our corporate headquarters at Level 10, Tower 11, Avenue 5, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which we believe will be adequate to accommodate our business needs.
Item 3. Legal Proceedings
From time to time, we may be involved in routine litigation incidental to the conduct of our business. As of December 31, 2024, we were not a party to any material legal proceedings.
