ITEM 2. PROPERTIES Our headquarters are located at 30 W. 4th Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. We believe that our current facilities are adequate to meet our ongoing needs and that suitable additional alternative spaces will be available in the future on commercially reasonable terms. As of December 31, 2023, we owned 43 parking facilities in 21 separate markets throughout the United States with a total of approximately 15,200 parking spaces and approximately 5.4 million square feet, including 24 parking lots and 19 parking garages. We also own approximately 0.2 million square feet of commercial space adjacent to our parking facilities.
