Our executive offices are located at 1 Little West 12th Street, 4 th Floor, New York, New York 10014. We have entered into an administrative support agreement with an affiliate of our sponsor pursuant to which we have agreed to pay the sponsor affiliate a total of up to $17,500 per month for office space and professional, secretarial, administrative and support services provided to us.
