Holders As of the close of business on December 29, 2020, there were approximately 172 holders of record of our common stock. Dividend Policy On March 24, 2020, due to the adverse effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on our operations, our Board of Directors cancelled a previously declared cash dividend of $.30 per share to shareholders of record on March 20, 2020 and payable on April 3, 2020. During our fiscal year 2019, our Board of Directors declared and paid a cash dividend of $.28 per share to shareholders of record on March 15, 2019. Any future determination to pay cash dividends will be at our Board’s discretion and will depend upon our financial condition, operating results, capital requirements and such other factors as our Board deems relevant. Issuer Repurchases of Equity Securities Pursuant to a discretionary plan approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting on May 17, 2007, the Board of Directors authorized management to purchase up to 100,000 shares of our common stock, at a purchase price up to $15.00 per share. Since the Board’s 2007 authorization, we have purchased an aggregate of 34,586 shares, none of which were purchased by us in our fiscal year 2020. As of October 3, 2020, we still have authority to purchase 65,414 shares of our common stock under the discretionary plan approved by the Board of Directors. 36 Table of Contents ITEM 6.
