In February 2022, we announced the acquisition of a manufacturing facility located in Osceola, Arkansas. The facility of approximately 580,000 square feet will be the headquarters and primary manufacturing facility for the Company. The leased warehouse and production facility in Corona, California was assigned to our former sub-lease
tenant effective April 1, 2022, leaving office and storage space in Porterville and Stockton, California which are month-to-month
leased facilities that will expire at various times between now and February 2023.
