Other Information Insider Trading Arrangements On March 7, 2025, Erin Boase , General Counsel, Vice President Legal Affairs , adopted a new trading plan intended to satisfy the affirmative defense conditions of Rule 10b5-1(c) under the Exchange Act. The trading plan is intended to permit Ms. Boase to sell an aggregate of 11,770 shares. Ms. Boase’s plan was originally in effect until March 7, 2026; however, Ms. Boase’s plan terminated early on July 3, 2025 , as all 11,770 shares under the plan were sold.
