The Company leases office space, assembly facilities, repair and service centers, and warehouses in multiple locations in the United States and internationally. Aviat’s corporate headquarters is in Austin, Texas and most of its locations based in the United States are in Texas. Internationally, the Company leases facilities throughout Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. The Company owns one facility in Wellington, New Zealand. Refer to Note 4. Leases and Note 5.
