PROPERTIES
 
As of December 31, 2022, we leased a total of approximately 202 square feet of office space in one location in Seattle, Washington, from WW 107 Spring Street LLC. We believe that our current facilities will be adequate to meet our needs for the next 12 months, and we anticipate that additional space will be available, when needed, on commercially reasonable terms. The information set forth in “PART II, ITEM 7.
