We currently utilize office space at One World Trade Center, Suite 8500, New York, New York 10007, provided to us by our sponsor. We have agreed to pay Scieniti LLC, an affiliate of our sponsor, $10,000 per month for office space, utilities and secretarial and administrative support made available to us. Upon completion of our initial business combination or our liquidation, we will cease paying these monthly fees. We consider our current office space adequate for our current operations.
Item 3. Legal Proceedings
From time to time, we may be subject to legal proceedings. There is no material litigation, arbitration or governmental proceeding currently pending against us or, to our knowledge, any members of our management team in their capacities as such.
