We have offices in Boston, Massachusetts, and Menlo Park, California. Our principal executive offices are located at 200 Clarendon, Floor 6, Boston, Massachusetts 02116. The original term of this lease expires on March 31, 2022, and was renewed in February 2022 to expire on July 31, 2022. We also leased office and laboratory space located in Menlo Park, California. The lease expires on June 30, 2022. In addition, in October 2018, we entered a new lease for office and laboratory space in Redwood City, California that expires on February 28, 2030. We expect to complete occupancy in the new facility in the fourth quarter of 2022. We believe that our office and laboratory space is sufficient to meet our current needs and that suitable additional space will be available as and when needed.
