Item 2. Properties
We are headquartered in San Francisco, California, where we have lease commitments for approximately 828,000 square feet, including approximately 5 33,000 square feet offered for sublease, across multiple buildings.
As of December 31, 2023, we leased office facilities totaling approximately 1.4 millio n square feet in multiple locations in the United States and internationally. In 2022, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on the working environment, we announced our Live and Work Anywhere policy. This policy allows for the vast majority of our employees to work remotely on a permanent basis. Where we ceased using office space, we have either terminated, subleased, or offered for sublease. See Note 18, Restructuring, to our consolidated financial statements included in Item 8 of this Annual Report on Form 10-K. We believe our facilities are adequate and suitable for our current needs.
