Our principal executive office is located at 200 State Street, 13th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts 02109. In Boston, we lease 7,218 square feet under a lease that expires on June 30, 2024. Acadian has its own primary office in Boston, MA where core investment management activities take place. In addition, Acadian has leased secondary offices to support research, distribution and client servicing. Key locations for secondary offices include (but are not limited to) London, Singapore and Sydney. We believe existing facilities are appropriate in size, location and functionality to meet current and future business requirements.
