Since July 2020, we have not maintained a physical
headquarters, but maintain a virtual presence as our headquarters as our corporate staff has been working remotely. We lease a 4,900 square-foot
office in Trondheim, Norway, as well as a satellite development center in Vilnius, Lithuania, that accommodate our product, design, monetization,
marketing and technology teams. The Trondheim lease is due to expire in March 2027. We lease approximately 2,200 square feet of office
space in Tel Aviv, Israel that accommodates members of both the GuruShots and Zedge teams. The Tel Aviv lease is due to expire in October
2026. Our servers are hosted in leased data centers in different geographic locations in the United States. These data centers are owned
and maintained by third-party data center providers. The Company believes it has sufficient space to accommodate its employees and operations.
