Association (NFA), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), state and foreign regulators, as well as legal proceedings arising
in the ordinary course of business. See Note 11 to our Consolidated Financial Statements for additional information regarding actual and
potential claims brought by investors in our WisdomTree WTI Crude Oil 3x Daily Leveraged ETP totaling approximately €23.6 million
($27.7 million), including €15.2 million ($17.9 million) of claims resolved in our favor, which have been appealed.
