MARKET INFORMATION
Our common stock is publicly traded on The Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “VSTM.”
HOLDERS
As of February 26, 2021 there were 10 holders of record of our common stock and the closing price of our common stock on The Nasdaq Global Market as of that date was $2.35. The number of holders of record does not include beneficial owners whose shares are held by nominees in street name.
DIVIDENDS
We have never declared or paid cash dividends on our common stock, and we do not expect to pay any cash dividends on our common stock in the foreseeable future.
