We are a distributed organization
and do not maintain a central office that at which our employees work. Our employees primarily work from home or from coworking spaces.
We do not intend to lease additional office space. We believe our facilities are adequate for our current needs and we do not believe
we will encounter any difficulty in extending the terms of the lease by which we occupy our office.
