We currently maintain our executive offices at 2021 Fillmore St. #2089, San Francisco, California 94115. The cost for our use of this space is included in the $10,000 per month fee we will pay to our Sponsor or an affiliate of our Sponsor for office space, administrative and support services. We consider our current office space adequate for our current operations.

Legal Proceedings
To the knowledge of our management, there is no litigation currently pending or contemplated against us, any of our officers or directors in their capacity as such or against any of our property.
