Price Range of Shares USO’s shares have traded on the NYSE Arca under the symbol “USO” since November 25, 2008. Prior to trading on the NYSE Arca, USO’s shares traded on the American Stock Exchange (the “AMEX”) under the symbol “USO” since its initial public offering on April 10, 2006 until November 24, 2008. As of December 31, 2020, USO had approximately 400,759 holders of shares. Dividends USO has not made and does not currently intend to make cash distributions to its shareholders. Issuer Purchases of Equity Securities USO does not purchase shares directly from its shareholders. In connection with its redemption of baskets held by Authorized Participants, USO redeemed 344 baskets (comprising 34,400,000 shares) and 1,089 baskets (comprising 108,888,897 shares) for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2020, respectively.
