Item 3. Quantitative and Qualitative Disclosures About Market Risk
ITEM 3. QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE
DISCLOSURES ABOUT MARKET RISK.
The primary objective of our investment
activities is to preserve our capital to fund operations. We also seek to maximize income from our investments without assuming
significant risk. Our exposure to market risk is confined to our cash and cash equivalents. As of September 30, 2020, our cash
and cash equivalents consisted primarily of investments in treasury securities. We do not engage in any hedging activities against
changes in interest rates. Due to the short-term duration of our investment portfolio and the low risk profile of our investments,
we would not expect our operating results or cash flows to be affected to any significant degree by the effect of a sudden change
in market interest rates or credit conditions on our securities portfolio. We may, however, require additional financing to fund
future obligations and no assurance can be given that the terms of future sources of financing will not expose us to material market
risk.
