Our executive offices are located at 1790 Hughes Landing Blvd., The Woodlands, Texas 77380. Our executive offices are provided to us by an affiliate of our Sponsor, and we have agreed to pay such affiliate of our Sponsor up to $20,000 per month for office space, utilities and secretarial and administrative support. We consider our current office space adequate for our current operations.

There is no material litigation, arbitration or governmental proceeding currently pending against us or any members of our management team in their capacity as such.
