Amendments to Credit Facilities On August 13, 2024, we entered into the First Amendment to the 2024 Credit Facility with the 2024 Lenders, Gerard Barron and ERAS Capital LLC, to increase the borrowing limit of the 2024 Credit Facility to $25 million in the aggregate ($12.5 million from each of the 2024 Lenders). Under the terms of the First Amendment, the borrowing limit will return to $20 million in the aggregate ($10 million from each of the 2024 Lenders) upon certain financing events.
