Item 2. Properties.
We lease our corporate headquarters office space located at 450 Lexington Avenue, 31 st Floor, New York, NY 10017. We also lease space for our offices located in Beijing, Charlotte, Cleveland, Dublin, Hong Kong, La Jolla, Lima, London, Luxembourg, Perth, Rome, San Francisco, São Paolo, Seoul, Sydney, Tokyo, Toronto and Zurich. We do not own any real property. We believe our existing facilities are adequate for our current needs and that suitable additional space will be available as and when needed.
Item 3. Legal Proceedings.
In the normal course of business, we may be subject to various legal, judicial and administrative proceedings. Currently, there are no material proceedings pending or, to our knowledge, threatened against us.
