Item 2. Properties.
We lease approximately 75,000 square feet in Gurugram, Delhi NCR, India,
which serves as our headquarters as well as our manufacturing facility. The facility, spread over three floors, is leased pursuant to
a nine-year lease expiring in March 2030 for the third floor, another nine-year lease expiring in May 2032 for the ground floor, another
six-year lease expiring in July 2030 for the first floor and a five-year lease expiring in March 2030 for Basement 3. All the leases are
further renewable under similar mutually agreed terms.
