The cost for our use of this space is included in the $300,000 for up to 36 months in total starting from August 2021 (of which unused portion will be returned by deducting the incurred fees on a monthly basis) paid to an affiliate of our Sponsor for office space, telecommunication services, security, utilities, maintenance, and other administrative services.

On January 1, 2023, the agreement was amended to extend the term through 36 months with no change in the fee.

We consider our current office space adequate for our current operations.
