Other Events
On October 24, 2025, Dr. Patricia A. Maryland, a valued member of the Company’s Board of Directors since February 2021, passed away at the age of 72.
Dr. Maryland was a deeply respected and admired leader, offering thoughtful counsel and demonstrating an unwavering commitment to advancing access, equity and excellence in healthcare. The Company’s Board of Directors and management team extend their deepest condolences to Dr. Maryland’s family and express profound gratitude for the positive impact she had on the Company and communities we serve.
Dr. Maryland was a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance and Compliance and Ethics Committees. In connection with these events, Dr. Laura Forese was appointed by the Board as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. The Board will review the composition of its committees and overall membership in due course and will take appropriate action in accordance with the Company’s bylaws.
